I'm using a team which i created and are in their second year of existence. both years i have never been in the FA cup qualifying rounds. In the first season is was BSS now im BSP and still no FA cup.
Is this normal because i've not had this before with other clubs in the same divison.

Yes. I don't remember the exact requirements but I think your club must be in existence for 2-4 years before you are eligible for the FA Cup, and once you've past that time your club should begin to enter the FA Cup.

Does the FA cup run all year round then? Presu,ably it has to, in order to get through the 100, 000, 000 pub teams?

Well my local team "Gorleston" start in i think about 8-10(Not quite sure) rounds before the first round so it goes on for quite a while
