Your best off contacting the guy who posted it orignaly, or check around some FM sites to see if any of them have it.
(I've not heard of it before).

have done by myself :thup:

My squad-general info panel looks like that now:
PIC

PATCH
Extract from archive and put it in PANEL directory of your skin (for ex....\FM2006\data\skins\e2\panels\)

I find the lack of a comprehensive info page vexing as well. I couldn't get this to work with Turnstyle however (placed the team squad.xml file in the panels folder as instructed).

Just used in turnstayle skin. It work fine for me!

Put team squad.xml in both panels (for right and for left version) and don`t forget to turn off "use skin cache" in options.
