Ok, how do i stop this happening?

1. It's annoying having to press 'ok' 4 times to go back to the game after going back to my main desktop

2. Most importantly! sometimes i get the message twice, i can't get rid of unless i ctrl-alt-dlt and shut the game down, this, as has just happened, loses me important games i've just won so i have to go back and re-win then. (not a happy boy at the moment)

My main resolution is 800x600.

Any help?

had this earlier. tab out, change your resolution, tab back. Worked for me.

yeah, but then my desktop and everything else on my pc is totally warped due to the odd resolution.

you have to force the game to run at your resolution or change your resolution to 1024x768
