i try every thing to add pictures for players and this not working

what should i do ?
i put the action file in photoshop..and finish to make all pictures...
then i write the id and the names in the xml
same as tutorial..and i move all files to the floder of players picture in new floder
and nothing is working !
the patch is installed..
and i use the clasic skin (metalic2006)
there are another ways to make this work ?

make sure you have ticked use player faces and turn off the skin cache in the preferences menu.

Have you saved as PNG?
Have you made them 99% opacity?
Have you made sure no dimension more than 50 pixels?

Also try making sure the file names dont have spaces in them, use underscore instead.

i will try to turn off the skin cache maybe thats make it work

its working now !
i just need to restart the game after i cancel the skin cahce
