Ive downloaded the aurora and Turnstyle06 skin and dont know how i make them selectable in the game? Ive gone to the programme files in the game but only aurora is here and its not in my list on preferences either? How do i make them available please?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but im new to downloading skins!!

unzip/unrar the skin to your desktop.

Transfer the unzipped folder to football manager\data\skins\.

when you unzip the skins, make sure you don't create an extra folder, you want a folder called SKIN_NAME which has several subfolders and a couple of xml files one called SKIN_NAME.xml inside it.

Make sure you DON'T have a foler structure like this:
SKIN_NAME\SKIN_NAME\ then the sub-folders.

Once you've put the skin in the skins folder, load up FM, goto the preferences screen and under the skin drop down menu should be the names of the skins you've got.

How do i now make it selectible in the preferences??

When you goto preferences, go to the display part, next to where it says skin, it should say the name of your current skin (metallic 2006 I think), click that name and a drop down menu should appear, aurora should be on there, select the one you want.
