hi i just downloaded a whole lot of new facepacks and then put them in the players file from pictures but they dont appear on the game what can i do?

Did you go into preferences and untick the skin cache tick the always reload on confirm, and then confirm, that will make them show up in game.

it is not ticked but the skin chache is so what should i do

Keep messing about with the two ticks and pressing confirm untill your face pack shows up in game.
