i use the editor to give me a little (well a lot) of help but its all gone wrong my balance is £2.1 bil but when i earn some more from selling players etc it goes in to £2.1bil debt and i get -9 points taken off me any ideas

Yeah, you're clearly too greedy and the whole karma thing is coming back to bite you in the ass.

What happens is that the maximum possible integer (whole number) that can be handled is 2.147bn. You went over that because you were greedy. My suggestion is that you use Artmoney or FMM to change your clubs money to something sensible.

And next time don't be so greedy.
