Hey Graeme, there *seems* to be a little bug when enabling countries that are not normally manageable, to be manageable (hope that makes sense).

For example if I select Afghanistan and click Allow Management then click Update then Ok and Save, when I reload the game, they're still not manageable (same thing happens for other countries whether or not they have a manager).

Any suggestions?
