Yeah I have that problem aswell, and yes it is in english as far as i know, how can I check?

control panel, regonal and language settings. Needs the keyboard to be in English(United Kingdom) too I think.

To be honest, never replicated this problem - hence no fix and just the guesswork workaround, sorry guys.

How many kleagues are running, and what database size? It might be that there's too much data to load(i never really bothered catering for this cause it worked fine for me).

I've downloaded the editor from your website and there is neither a dropdown box, nor the function to change finances. Unless I'm going wrong somewhere.

And I know that this is because of it not being able to find the version but how do I fix this problem?

Go to the "options" form, and locate your Cm0102 (or whatever) executable. It then will work out the version of your saved game from there (saved games are stored in the same folder as the exe, so I can get the verson from the exe filename) and then it should work.

v4.0 should atuo-detect the exe in most cases though - but it appears to not have worked for you
