Jan,

the dutch teams didn't dive this season, but were placed in the 4th division by me. Still they tried to gain the last spot in the third division.
Anyway below is a document in which I compared several stats from several teams.
Seems to me, that the dutch amateur teams need a boost in order to get it all going.

Comparison

As far as I can see now, I'll check and/change the following:
- professional status. Top amateurs will be made semi pro. the rest amateur
- reputation. Top will slightly increase to say 1800
- the stadium stats will be corrected individually
- top amateurs will be given 150K the rest 75K

any other suggestions

IMHO, club reputation can probably stay equal if the competition rep is leveled up, about changig the professional satus, it sounds great but what are the deep implications of that? Won't teh clubs need more money to "live"?

Thanks for the support so far. I assume I can ask you to run a test after the major mods are made?

I like to change the club reputation in order to make a difference between the several amatuer teams. E.g. Quick Boys are far better known in the netherlands compared to BVCB or CVV BErkel (two local teams).
Professional status will be adjusted as some minor dutch amateur teams have the semi status where they should be amateurs. Next to this, som notorious amateurs are indeed amateur, where they could be semi. Looking for the balance.

I will probably add the luxembourg teams as well. Makes it slightly more fun.

Well.

things is progress right now.
- adding stadiums, (default) strips and badges (rotated style) for all Dutch minors
- checking Luxembourg settings
- creating new EDT file for swapping and boosting
- creating new DDT file to retain at least Holland and Luxemburg

This line is uncorrect... it should be "Mouscron". Otherwise it'll work only if you load the game in Dutch.

I would suggest you to pick the top 9 teams of last season for each nation.

I was actually planning on using the ID's. That's why I asked the creator of the DDT generator to create an option to print both ID and name in a list. Makes it a bit easier.
