It works, use the page to translate.
Unfortunatly there is a problem with the Chinese deisply for English users, meaing you only get to colums of stats, but probably the most important anyway.
Dan, what do you think of this editor?
Not a bad effort IMO.

Unfortunately, Sam4felicitys is wrong.
It's not a save game editor at all.
It edits the memory of the game, not the actual save game files.
