I would have to agree with you about Harchester.
I have the pictures, logos, and kits and none of them even though the configs they have are correctly filled out and that they are in the correct folders with the other pictures etc.
This is the only team I have found so far where this is the case.
Finally, I don't know if it's my memory or not but when I first installed the game pre-patch 6.0.1, I'm sure they worked?
