I played with maximum time-wasting in a cup match after having scored a goal on extended time, and what do I see?

One of my strikers dribbles his way through two defenders, is alone with the keeper, then changes direction and heads for the corner flag to sit on the ball instead of shooting!

I mean, time wasting is one thing, but that was ridiculous.

Not only that, but the other team scored a goal right before the end and beat us on penalties, but that's another story...

Moral of the story: Don't max out any instruction.

My last game I was leading 1-0 in injury time. I played with time wasting on often (first notch). My winger went towards the corner flag, several AI defenders tried to close him down, he passed for my quick striker who found himself one on one with the keeper. 2-0.

It's not much evidence but perhaps time wasting on 16 is better than time wasting on 20?
