Coaching Schedule

I'm currently trying to work out a coaching schedule for my Arsenal Team. And i've found that none of my coaches seem to be any good at coaching set pieces.

what attributes are needed for this and/or can u think of any good coaches in the game for this????

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
