Do Physical att take up from PA points? Meaning, if I have a youngster who is at full PA, will he improve his Physical Att?

No- if any players reaches his PA then it cannot go up any further. If one particuklar attribute does go up a lot, then another will reduce to compensate.

actually i dont think that is correct although its true becasue i dont think any player actually has a certain "potential ability" and there is no going past it, especially on the physical side. If you train alot surely you could be that little bit fitter?

| Nope
Once a player reaches his full potential you can only maintain the stats he has and not improve them.

There is one outstanding question on that though.
is there a ceiling for each stat?
i.e. if you have a DC with high first touch and, say, crossing, then could you still improve him as a DC by reducing his ball control training to near zero and increasing his tactics to high, so as to shave some attribute points away from those stats and onto Positioning?
If so, then even once he had reached his max Potential Ability, you could still improve him as a player, no?

I don't think so, once a player reaches his full PA, then the stats he has are the stats he keeps for life iirc. They can only go down and not up.

So what about a young player with 17 for first touch, but who is nowhere near their full potential. Could you "under-train" their technical skills to try to redistribute the points to more attribute more relevant to their position?

Yeah you can I believe, any young player will carry onimproving til around 24 in terms of trained training, so you have 7 years to make him the player you want |
