Does having better eg (world Class/Physio 20, Motivating 20) physiotherapy staff lead to an overall reduction in injuries and/or reduced convalesence times post-injury??

Not sure that the quality of the physio can help the number of injuries but it will help the recovery time and also the accuracy of the time estimate of how long they will be missing.

IMO Determination is the second most important attribute for physios (after physiotherapi obviously).

Yes it definately does! I alway sign the physio Nanni from Bologna, because he's the best physio who is at a small club and will agree to move. He cuts recovery time down by a half most of the time, sometimes to a third. I love him. I used Rodrigo Lasmar in FM05, but Nanni is the way to go this time. :cool:
