We cant see them ingame, but we know they are important..but how much?
And how do they effect a players football career?
Adaptability.
Ambition.
Controversy.
Loyalty.
Pressure.
Professionalism.
Sportsmanship.
Temperament.
The first one: Adaptability; how fast a player learn new languages, adjust to new tactics, new players in the squad and maybe new coaches ?
Ambition; not sure about this one, how it effect hes performance on the pitch..maybe how motivated he is to improve his game?
Controversy; how well a player handle questionable sitiuation in games, like disallowed gaols etc ?
Loyalty; no idea if this effect anything ?
Pressure; How well he handle team talk - If you say "I expect a win today.." ,a player with 5 in pressure will defently not play well - since hes morale drops. Maybe there are other aspect in game this mental ability effects?
Proffessionalism; A player will train hard and consistently. They also perform well irrespective of the opposition.
Sportsmanship; Unsporting players hate losing = morale drop, anything else ?
Temperament; a high value = likely to be sent off once or twice, lots of dirty fouls.
Pressure can also cover when you praise the player through the media - he'll probably get a comment like "feels under pressure to do well by the manager". Also when there's transfer speculation the player can also get upset.
