if i was you i would up your DMC and FB closing down becuase it is so low your are giving the oppostions wingers too much time on the ball and also the oppostion might have thought to play through the middle becuase you have no cm's so they look to exploit this and dominate the centre. also look at the unnoficial tacics bible ( see stickys at top) and read some of cleons and rashidi's topics as they are usually very helpful
