how on earth do you get a 5* for the shooting part of training, i have two coaches with 19 0n attacking and only have 3*. pls help.

Shooting:
Technique = 18 & Attacking >= 18 or
Technique = 19 & Attacking >= 14 or
Technique = 20 & Attacking >= 10

The amount of times this gets asked, shouldn't the origional post be added to the tactics bible, training section?

I do, check the date of the topic then look at the date the links thread was created. And when the links thread was created I didn't and still don't have time to trawl through the forum to find useful threads. I have posted asking people to provide links for useful threads though....


Once someone does a guide for FM07 or updates the old one then yeah. I only add what people do, if noone makes one then I won't be creating one

hopefully you are from a big team.
in my game i assign 1 coach to 1 task ie if he is good in attacking then assign him to attacking coaching only. if he has >18 stat then i should get a 5 star.

i try to sign 19/20 stat (for a specific type of training) coaches ie i have to sack quite a number of old staffs. also poach from other clubs, the will accept your offer if you increase their wage
also i sign them as coach only not specifically first/youth team coach
