well, first season, i signed a few coaches with 5 stars in their allocated coaching schedule i.e. 5stars in strength, aerobic, tactics, goalkeeping, ball control, and 4 stars in the rest

however, after the 1st season, some of the coaches stars decreased from 5 to 4, and in others, 4 to 3!

i have 13 coaches currently, usually 1 or 2 coaches to each catergory of training... anyone has this incident or are able to tell me why?

I've noticed this too, I don't know the reason why, but it requires me to rejig or hire and fire coaches to get the ratings back up again.

I think that it may depend on your training facilities. If you have top training facilities, it harnesses your coaches ability, as it does with players, but if you have poor facilities the coaches stats will decrease over time.
This is only a guess.

playing as everton and had "good training facilities".. recently just upgraded to "top training facilities"... ever since the upgrade, haven't seen any stars decreased just yet

with me is the same thing and i'm with Sporting Clube de Portugal .. top train facilities .. i really don´t understand it!

This also happens with me it is quite annoying when you finally get a 5 star coach and then 6months later he goes back down to 4stars

this is happening with my ac milan team too , top facilities but coaches falling from 5 to 3 stars ???
