The stars actually decreased and then increased back up for me... heh

Not sure what the reason for this is though.. am curious if anybody finds out.

maybe coaches stats go up and down just like players...I know for a fact that my assman's motivation stat goes up and down and seems to depend on how well he is doing in teams talks. Likewise the best coach at my club when I started was 14, 14 for judging ability and potential and 2 seasons later he is 19,19

yeap coaching staff have potential ratings exactly like players, so fluctuation of rating can be expected
