Awkward question.
You have to first of all check your team, i.e. have you bought any new players? Sold any players?
The style of your squad is important. For example, if I assume you use a 4-4-2, then if you have two big strong strikers who are good at heading, use lots of width. If all of your team aren't very fast, use a short passing game.
Just investigate the stats of your team and use them to develop your own tactic. It's best to create your own because you know how you set it up, and if you have changed it over time. What I mean by that is if someone says for instance "My notts forest team uses an attacking 5-3-2 with lots of width and a fast direct style" Then that's fine. But they may have a different squad to you because they could have bought/sold players, they may be at a different stage in the game to you so their players stats would be different, they may have a different training style to you causing their stats to change in a different way over time, etc.
So basically develop your own tactic, try different ones out, and build your training routine around your tactic. For instance if you want to use lots of width and get lots of crosses to big strong players, make sure your front men develop their strength in training and their ball control for heading.
A combination of all of these should help you to get your own tactic that works best for your squad.
Long answer, but I hope it helps
