there are some great schedules provided in the forum that you can see and/or download.
I personally give minimal attacking and shooting (2-3 notches) as they improve passing and composure (although I have not seen any positive results).
I set defending to halfway between zero and medium; tactical and ball control to about halfway between medium and heavy.
Tactical should improve positioning which is very important for keepers. Technical improves ball control in general which is good when the keeper receives a back pass or clears a ball outside the area.
Defending is important for tackling - I do not know if it is used by the game but I like to fancy my keeper being able to tackle like Oli Kahn
