as the title says i`m looking for some decent scouts ive just started with liverpool,and i want to know what to look out for in good scouts,i dont want to be looking at specific scouts but an "all round" type of scout who is good in all areas any feedback would be appreciated  |

The areas I look at when looking for a scout are 'Juding Potential, and 'Judging Current Ability'.
If you're after a scout to give you feedback on a certain league/upcoming matches then make sure they are tactically good.

From experience you're looking for someone with high mental attributes, more specifically:
Judging Player Ability (CA),
Judging Player Potential (PA),
and Tactical Knowledge

would rolland be an all rounder type of scout covering all or most aspects of scouting

i try and sign at least 15 in both potential and ability. Also I try and sign all sorts of different nationalitied scouts.
