Does anyone ahve any good buys, for league 2 teams (lower end) and i only have 10k budget

ryan valentine from wrexham, never bought him as i only played in league 2 once and it was with wrexham so i have no idea how much he costs, but he was my best player in championship season thanks to some great loans , he can play rb or lb both extremely well, makes few mistakes and got a handful of assists as well.

steve jennings.he plays for tranmere at start of the game.can play anywhere in midfield or defense.
