Default Essential Stats for a good Assistant Manager
Currently playing as Spurs with Chris Hughton as Asst Man. His contract expires this year, and I'm seeking options as to whether to replace him.

I know both Sammy Lee and Pako Ayestaran are well renowned assistants, but I don't really want to employ either of them. So I looked at both their stats, and decided that Tactical, Tactical Knowledge and Adaptability were key stats for an Asst Man (i.e. >18). I would also imagine that high Man Management and Technical stats would be a bonus. Any other key stats I should consider?

I'm not looking for names per se, just what key stats to look for.

Giorgio Chaschini from Milan is the best Ast. Manager in the game if you can afford his wages.

Motivating is crucial and Man Management, Mental are important as well.
