When playing ive spotted , and usually signed alot of young players from Monaco's Youth Development ,

a few to come to mention are . Bulot , Distel Zola ,

they obviously seem a very good provider for young players who can be devolopped into potential stars of the future ,

but the question i put to you is , " What is the best team for naturing young players into STARS OF THE FUTURE" ? ,

Arsenal arent good at it,they sign players then do what most other clubs do.Barcelona and Ajax And Real Madrid are the best...Bayern,Chivas are behind them

have to agree with Ajax. the whole set up is brilliant and everything is technically planned out. the league standard may not be the best, but that means the players can gain more experience early on as theyre technically able to compete with the other teams

practically the whole holland team started their careers at either PSV or ajax

arsenal's youth setup is good but they dont have english players coming through its more like wenger signing all great 14-17 year olds.

real madrid are looking good with their homegrown youngsters and alot of french clubs with state of the art youth facilities like le havre are producing talent

but also le havre, lyon, auxerre, st-etienne, anderlecht, inter milaan, newells old boys (argentina) they produce great regens a few years in the game, chivas (mexico), corinthians (brasil) ...
