Man U of course, look at the players they have that are developed by them, players like scholes, giggs, neville, brown, o'shea, fletcher... And they recently won some kind of world cup for youngsters so they have more to come.

Think of the money Man United have at their disposal not just for First team signings but to invest in their youth. But when you compare that with the limited funds at the likes of Ajax's disposal and the fact they have to 'grow' their own first team, you then realise who knows how to nurture youth best.
Ajax: They produce there own young talent, without buying from other clubs.
Arsenal: The talent that comes from the club isn't that good, but they buy young players, and make them into stars. Plus Arsenal give these youngsters chances, which other clubs wouldn't.

they also recently lost to Leeds youth team with 4-1 ,,
and you forgot the best one, david beckham.

Corinthinas realy??? if memory serves me right they are nown as the arsenal of brazil as they have hardly any brazillians in the squad they have players like tevez mascherano lugano ..... and to answer this forum with my choice it would be Derby county they bring up the most of their youngsters to the first team on the game so they are successful
