South America have some clubs that produce quality players
imo . Roma and Middlesbrough are also clubs that produce stars for the future.

I've had success with ASEC Mimosas of Ivory Coast. Others of note are Banik Ostrava, AIS, Chivas USA and Orlando Pirates. They have produced countless stars for me as my feeder clubs.

arsenal can be credited with nurturing players they have signed from other teams but have had hardly any 'homegrown' come through their youth system.
id say chivas are one of the best, ajax also, and lyon.

Rennes is considered to have the best youth setup in France at the moment. Sporting Lisbon have come up with some gems in recent years. Ronaldo, Nani, Moutinho, Quaresma.
