I`ve signed 2 strikers but havent got work permits for them, is there anyway to re-apply for the work permit or will i have to just give it up and sell them???

Offer them a new contract. If you're lucky, they'll get the WP this time. But its doubtful. You dont necessarily have to sell them. Just send them out on loan to your WP feeder club for a season. Offer them a new contract when they get back and you might get lucky at that time.

Cheers, never thought about offering a new contract!!! sent them out on loan last season and they banged in goals for fun, they got Porto to the Champions League final!!!!!
