sounds good and they do have a nice squad but how easy is it to keep hold of richards and johnson and what kind of gate do they get?? Could they be a regular in champs league.

I forgot to add that Dutch teams don't require WPs and nor are you restricted by the numbers of foreigners players allowed in each squad. PSV have the best squad, Ajax the most money and Heerenveen, AZ and Feyenoord are all challengers. Try loading up a few background leagues from 'unusual' countries and get signing. Loads of good talent in Serbia (excellent youth teams), Belgium and Norway.
