what team am i supposed to pick??

i have sold Clichy 13mil, Rosicky 12mil, Toure 36mil, Almunia 2.6mi, Gilberto 3.3mil, Eduardo 10mil, Eboue 7mil

so bit of a transformation in 1st season

for summer i think i need a new left back and goalie

anyone recommend anyone? or any change to that team? i will prob have enough money to buy anyone in summer the way my season is going!!

For a goalie,you wouldnt go far wrong with Arthur Boruc from Celtic. His stats/value get much better.

Not so sure about left back.

For gk go for akinfeev or ustari or ochoa in that order.

For lb well you shouldn't have sold clichy mate anyway maybe have a look at Bale.

aguero is the best striker in the game, even at the start he is among the best. get him off your bench and play him with gyan up front.

next season use vela!! pa of 197 in mine.

or if not developed yet use whoever theyre all great

great team for first season even though arsenal get buckets of money anyway

It's p*ss easy because you (arguably) picked the easiest team in fm08.
Arsenal has one of the best first team and youngsters in the game, and they have a massive reputation, stadium, great facilities and everything else........

Goalie - Ochoa or Akinfeev should do.

Left back - if you can get Evra from Man Utd. he is great. Emanuelsson from Ajax is also very good.

Yes.. there's Ustari.. there's Ochoa.. there's Akinfeev..

But take a look at a kid called Joao Carlos, plays for Atletico Paranaense.. and check out the "Official Good Goalkeepers thread" for screenshots of his immense attributes after two seasons.. wonderkid goalkeeper.. cost me only £5.75m.. current average rating of 7.47 in the Premiership for my Leeds team.
