WP - Needed but should get one on appeal
Cost me £5.75m at the start of the third season but I'm sure you could get him cheaper earlier in the game.

joao carlos was a top goalie on the last game i remember finding him on the handheld version for the psp and he was outstanding! and hes a top goalie if he ever gets a work permit!!

Yeah, i tried to sign him in my second save in the first season, as with my first he turned out amazing, however couldn't get a work permit no matter how hard i tried!... but i think i got him on appeal with first save at the end of first / start of second season.. amazin goalie after a short time
