Have to take issue with that i'm afraid, nobby.
Although, of course, there is no actual filter IRL, a manager would never make an offer for a player without making at least some effort to find out if player has any interest in the move, such as phone calls with his agent etc.
It's very rare that a team has an offer accepted, only for the player to reject, out of hand, a move. Usually things fall down due to not agreeing personal terms etc.
To my mind, the interested filter doesn't actually tell you anything that you couldn't find out anyway with a few clicks of the mouse, it's just convenient to have.
It speeds the game up, which, for me, makes the game more enjoyable.
But hey, you bought the game etc etc...
