How do you change your status

I was wondering and many apologies if ive missed this in the FAQ or other senior threads but i was wondering how people become "indespensible to LLM" or "First team regulars", is it a moderators judgement, a time period or based on number of posts? Or some other wacky random way :p

6000! thats alot of posts, how many first teamers are there, there cant be many i would suspect

Glyn and bell have over 6000, as has King Jeff, but the huge majority of their posts are outwith LLM.

I'm homing in on it, and the huge majority of mine are right in here

Like WingCo said, though, it's mainly OTFers that get there, some of them within months, it's like a "badge of honour" in there. It's taken me over three years

the OTF scare me lol, i guess i would post more but the evil MSN has me hooked :S, iajfer i just assumed u had actually become a first team regular, this mean your on the bench lol
