This is something I haven't heard much about, but assuming the match engine is done right and doesn't make it too easy to develop good tactics I guess it will be harder?
The new training etc.. will mean rethinking the whole way we play, and some of us will take longer to adjust for sure, and find it harder as a result. (I know I will be in this group! )
I guess we'll have to wait until the game is released for us to know that unless anyone has tested it and knows how difficult it is already.
I personally hope it's a tincy wincy bit harder than the CM3 series however I reckon it will probably be about the same. Saying that though all the new features the game will include is bound to make it a little bit tougher to begin with but like any game, once you've mastered all of the different features you can go through it fairly easily - much like Iaj' does CM3
I think the extra detail in CM4 will give more scope to play to an even more zealous style of LLM. Which will be a good thing in my book, and will make things more difficult.

Hmm.. i imagine there will be conisderable discussion about what is allowed with the new game features when we first start playing.
What LFCfan said about the tactics and training. I had both of them as default for 99% of my CM3 time, and whenever I made my own alterations, things went pear-shaped.
I hope CM4 will be able to let you keep training at a 'standard' level, or have your Assistant to sort them out for you.
Then again I may try and start off doing everything myself, and see where it takes me.
