Da Comrade we welcome that wage structure in the Soviet Union, however as you are more equal then some of your comrades feel free to take more money and also giuve more to people whom you feel are more equal then others

I am a sucker for this an almost always grant massive wage increases and find myself spiralling into debt. I've had surprisingly few problems however with players being upset and wanting new contracts when their teammates are given pay increases.

I do however take caution with the timing of new contracts but I won't reveal my thoughts as that would be tipping of course

I was actually quite inspired by Robbo's LOW thread where he set a maximum wage. I've been doing it myself lately and even if it doesn't improve my game at least I don't go into debt as fast, then again some people might want to get out of the confertence at some point

I'd never have the strength to stick to a maximum wage.

That star stiker who'd fire us into the playoffs is always going to want just a little bit more and i'd think 'oh i'll just revise the ceiling up by a tiny bit'
