Time for the next update me feels.

We've had a few good results and a few bad as per usual. A 2-0 win away to Montrose, a 4-0 win at home over Elgin City in which my 15 y/o DLC scored his first goal for us (he'd only been on for ten minutes). A nice 4-0 win over Queen's Park was quite pleasing but we've just lost 1 nil in the Scottish Cup 2nd Rnd to Deveronvale. Whoops.

Anyway, he's the table.

A new keeper is joining me at the end of the season to replace one I sold for 22k to bring in some funds. We're 490k in the red. Average age of the squad is 20.44, would be a lot lower but it's helped by a 38 y/o DMC Player/Coach.

Finally got round to finishing my first ever season in the Scottish league. We finished 8th. Not bad for a very young side. However I have now jumped ship to relegated Brechin City who will be back in Division 3 again. Can't wait to face my old club.

Well, we are 14 games into the season. Sitting pretty at the top of the table. Sold a few players off to clear the debts.

Lost to Hearts away in the 2nd Rnd of the League Cup but netted £100k in gate receipts. I was pleased. Brought in a defender on loan from Southport, who has been strong for us. We are being challenged for top spot by, you guessed it, Gretna. They are coming back to haunt me.

Where oh where did it all go wrong.

10 games to go we were still top of the pile, but then my team fell asleep. We drew 5 games in a row and dropped to 5th. No promotion for us then.

But for some reason our lack of promotion has made the fans like me.

That's how it finished. Oh, and we never beat Gretna. We managed two 1 nil loses and two draws.

New AM RC and a AM RL are coming in. Also a FLC. Sold one of my strikers for 120k as he really wasn't giving it is all towards the end of the season.

We await the boards expectations.

I used to think the scots couldn't play football. Now having completed my second season with Brechin I am convinced they can't play football.
