Default Poor performance in training?

What do you do when you get a report saying a player is performing poorly in training?

If they are a repeat offender, I am sometimes tempted to fine them (they never really like that too much as it doesn't go under any of the fining descriptions, i.e. poor performance).
Am I right to fine?
Or would a change in their training work better?

I either ignore it, or if it happens again I put them into Fitness. Don't fine them, though. I was the laziest b*st*rd in the Team when it came to training

I have the physio check them out. Sometimes it's because there's an injury that didn't get caught. Otherwise I just keep an eye on them. I don't really think of this as a discipline issue.

Everyone is entitled to suffering a hangover at training once in a while, especially if you are trying to earn your keep as a LL football player.

Personally I ignore them.

I always give them a stern warning for unprofessional behaviour, and nobody except me gets to be hung-over at training

I just drop the player for the next match. It's an opportunity for another player to stake his case for a permanent 1st team place.

I give them an official warning for a first offence. The second time a 1 week fine and more than that has never happened. Because their condition has dropped that much I usely do like LFCfan and drop them also for the next match.

They get an official warning for a second offense. If it is a starter, they will be dropped for a game or two.

I don't fine them at all. I'll list them first.

I usually drop them. It's not usually through choice, but they usually end up with condition in the low eighties after a poor showing, which is nowhere near match fit IMO.

I only fine them if it's someone i dislike
