when you save your images, what quality are you guys saving your work as?

im trying to find the difference between the very best qaulity and middle, and am struggling to find the difference

hmm, do you use the save for web feature? I usually save files with the quality set between 80% - 100%

jpeg is the best quality saved in Photoshop, especially when it's saved on max quality (12)
gif/bmp are the worse for Image Quality

Another hint, go to Files > Save For Web
That way your File will be the best quality and the size in the file will dercrease
