Well, im managing roma.And i got quite attached with totti and rodrigo taddei and they consider me their favourite personnel, but im about to sign replacements for them, and move them on or put them into reserves. such a pain and hard to swallow but what can i do? i need to meet board expectations.and i aint gunna meet them with this quality when they are old, im signing messi splashing out us$87m (release clause) and adebayor (got aguero) and saivet/okaka.

I have this feeling a bit myself right now with my Portsmouth game. I'm in 10/11 and Mendes conract is expiring. He has excellent for me,but wil be 32 soon and perhaps not worthy of a new contract.(if he accepts a hefty wage drop I'll giv him 1 more year,but so far he wants a bit more)
Same with Sol Campbell, I considered him as a coach,but I already had better.
