I just made a huge offer for Aguero to come play at my Chelsea side. However as my other Argentinian transfer I could not play him for a year because of Work Permit issues.

Is it going to be the same with Aguero? Are they going to tell me before I actually pay the amount for him? Will I have to wait a year for him to play?

Aguero got a WP for me easilly, january 1st season. You should be ok. It does tell you if he dosent though. When it says "do you want to confirm the offer" the news message before will say "He has failed to get his WP, however he can be shipped out to a work permit feeder club".

Aguero is an exceptional talent and will get one with an appeal.

I think a youngster from Boca called Bangera he plays DM.

How do you file an appeal?

When your offer is accepted and the player accepts the contract it will say "Aguero has failed to get a work permit, do you wish to appeal", then you click yes.

The other Argentinian you referred to is called Banega, a DM who rivals Gago in terms of stats and regularly dishes 15+ assists a season.

Too bad Boca won't sell him to me for anything less than 15 million...
