I'm presently downloading patch v8.0.1 hoping this will improve the game!!!

However I have read (and still am reading) that this patch solves one problem but creates another. Is it true? A patch should always build on the good things that are already present. Is this the case with this patch?

I'm interested to see what's the general idea/view on this...

Also, once you download the file, what's the next step for it to work?

Yeah but what's the name of the file? Download has finished but I can't find what has been downloaded...there's nothing new in the FM2008 folder!!!

When you clicked on the file to download a box would have appeared asking where you would like the file to be saved, or if you are using Firefox, you may have set a particular folder by default. It may be on your desktop but is more likely in a folder somewhere on your PC. You can try searching for it if you can remember what the file name is called. Once you have found it, double-click it and follow the instructions.
