hey guys,
i'm playing an online game with a couple of mates and i'm chelsea (i know chelsea is easy, but we're all using the teams we support, others are arsenal and utd).
anyway i'm trying to get rid of ten cate my ass man. his team talks are always "dissapointing" or "why cant you play like this every match". often i don't use his team talks because i know my players will just get angry. i've tried terminating his contract but the board blocks it as they feel the compensation amount is too high. he wont sign a new contract with any other role.
any ideas on how i can get rid of him?

You COULD use FMM to change his contract end date to the next day then release him

haha, that is true. I found a guide somewhere on the net about what to say to players before a match/half-time etc, and i found it actually does work.

Most of players get a morale boost/get fired up what have you now i do individual team talks

i do my own team talks but i also want a decent assistant manager. one of my players piped up with how much he disliked HTC even when he was away at African nations.
could someone just give me a brief overview of fmm, it t saved game compatible?

To be honest, you should get the option at the start of the game whether to bring in your own staff or use the ones currently at the club.

really? thats a shame, would like to see the option of taking your backroom staff with you when you move clubs

i notice in this version if you get sack, some of the coaching staff will quit the job as well. not sure if they will do that if you moved to a new club though
