could someone just give me a brief overview of fmm, it t saved game compatible?
| Using FMM in online games isn't a good idea unless the others you are playing with allow you to do so.
I had this problem with coaches before and i basically tried offering him contracts of higher wages but shorter length until he eventually signed and the compensation was small enough that the board would allow me to get rid of him.

| I don't think it happens ALL the time, but it does happen far too often - 2-0 away win against arsenal "disappointing" - your sacked matey.

really? thats a shame, would like to see the option of taking your backroom staff with you when you move clubs
| I believe that it is now possible to do this in the game. I dont know how though because I just stick with the staff already at the club im at.
Perhaps someone else can tell you or check the manual as its probably mentioned in there but who reads their manuals normally? I know that I dont.

| At the start of each game, you can offer your staff mutual termination of their contract, and they will always accept. You have to pay compensation, but thats only realistic.

IIRC when you join a new club all of the staff will accept a mutual termination which i have found handy as i usually like to bring my own staff in

the staffs will usually accept mutual termination but the board will block it if the release fee is too high.
Just do the team talk yourself or change it if you don't like what the ass man suggest. I don't think this is a big issue.
You might have won away 2-0 against Arsenal but AI doesn't look at the game like you do. Arsenal = any other teams, and if you only got lucky to win, it's still disappointing.
