When i started a new game recently with Arsenal, Aston Villa made my assistant Pat Rice their new manager in March of my first season.

Stick with them, and as your club's reputation rises, the reputations of the coaches (but not scouts as far as i've noticed) that have been with them a long time's reputations will rise too, putting them in line for top jobs.

3 times in a row, I lost out on the england job to a current or former member of my backroom team. I was proud, but also infuriated.
