I'm managing a newly formed semi pro team in Denmark, yet the Chairman won't let me scout anywhere other than Denmark, not even Iceland, Sweden, etc etc....

Does anyone know when this embargo is likely to be lifted?

I have got them promoted once and now established as a title challenger in the Danish 2nd tier...

The limits on scouting are controlled by:

1. Clup rep - win trophies and they'll let ou scout abroad

2. League rep - a second tier english team can scout abroad, a second tier malaysian team can't

3. Bank balance - scouting costs money..

4. Competitions entered - if you are in a continental comp then they will usually allow you to scout the continent.

Or at least that is my understanding of it.
