I declared my interest in a player and the player told me was tempted to join. The fun thing was that the player who holds the position in my team stated he was "Looking forward to the challenge if [player in question] joins the club."

I think this is a nice feature, that players isn't only fearing for their spot in the team, but actually relishes the challenge.

There are quite a few nice little touches like this that just help to elevate FM above the competition, it's just a pity they made a bit of a mess in other areas. Sure it'll be fixed sooner or later though.
