retired_lehigh is an unknown quantity at this point
Default First team coach coaching the reserve team?
I was looking around after players wondering where they were now in 2012(game time). And i noticed Gary Speed. He is a 1st Team Coach at Bolton, but is listed in the reserve squad.

Well, he retired in 2007/08, but he was a player/coach before that. So my guess is that he was given a contract as player/coach while in the reserve squad. He has probably not signed a new contract as a <STRIKE>player</STRIKE>/coach since he retired.
