I can't seem to get the facepack for the french league to work in FM2006. Whenever i go to data/graphics/pictures/players there is a folder for the english league italian league, scotish league but non for the french league. Can anyone tell me how to create a folder for the french league or does anyone know what folder i should put the facepack so that it loads in the game.

Ok, go to data/graphics/pictures/players>right click>addnew folder>name folder "fra".

If you're doing Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, do 2 different subfolders (thats inside the "fra" folder)

Download french facepacks and save to correct folder (e.g. Monaco would be data/graphics/pictures/players/fra/ligue1/monaco)

Load game, make sure skin cache is off, i tend to swap skins (i.e. load up E2 left then reload E2 as this makes most graphics work).

thanks for that laxly i will try when i get home. I have very basic computer knowledge could you explain to me what is skin cashe and how do you take it off so that the graphics can work.

Sure, go to preferences in the game.

Untick skin cache.

Load up a different skin.

Reload original skin.

99% of the time that works for me. If it doesnt, quit the game and reload it, any further problems come back and ask.

I only learnt by asking on here as well dont worry, the new skin cache thing confused me at first, still dont understand it, but its not that tricky.

Just ask nicely, people are happy to help in here.
